Abstract
Cardiac arrest is a sudden and sudden loss of heart function, with unpredictable timing, occurring very quickly once symptoms and signs appear. CPR is a very vital practice in cases of cardiac arrest. Pool guards are one of the jobs that have the potential to find cases of cardiac arrest, but the majority of pool guards has never received CPR training, while there have been cases of visitor death in swimming pool. The purpose of this community service is to improve knowledge, attitudes and practices in the management of cardiac arrest. This community service is carried out through seminars, mentoring, and procurement of tools for partners. This community service was attended by 10 officers from the Kepanjen Metro swimming pool. The community service output targets that have been achieved are in the form of services and products. Services in terms of providing CPR seminars and training as well as providing training modules, warning signs and buoys. Through this method, it is proven to increase knowledge, attitude and practice of handling cardiac arrest (100%). The products produced are in the form of training modules, warning signs and buoys. It is hoped that this activity can be carried out independently by partners and can inspire other tourist attractions.
