Abstract


Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Work-Life Balance (WLB) dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan generasi milenial di Yogyakarta, kota dengan karakteristik sosial dan budaya yang unik. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan analisis data melalui SPSS, melibatkan 100 responden. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan semua indikator memiliki nilai Cronbach’s Alpha di atas 0,60, menandakan keandalan instrumen. Uji validitas mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh item valid dengan nilai r hitung melebihi r tabel dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) kurang dari α (0,05). Data berdistribusi normal, tidak terdapat multikolinearitas atau heteroskedastisitas. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa WLB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, sementara model regresi yang digunakan layak untuk memprediksi hubungan ini. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya WLB dalam mengelola niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka, memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan di Yogyakarta dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk mengurangi tingkat turnover.
