Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kesejahteraan karyawan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pekerja di Tasikmalaya. Mengingat tantangan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam mempertahankan komitmen karyawan, studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 100 responden untuk menganalisis data melalui SPSS. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian memenuhi standar yang diperlukan, sementara analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari kedua variabel independen terhadap komitmen organisasi. Uji asumsi klasik, termasuk normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas, juga mendukung kevalidan model. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa kesejahteraan karyawan dan lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, yang pada gilirannya dapat berdampak positif pada produktivitas dan retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen untuk merancang kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang berpotensi mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi, serta memperluas studi ini dalam konteks industri atau daerah yang berbeda di Indonesia. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, khususnya dalam konteks lokal seperti Tasikmalaya.
