PAKET KONSELING GIZI TERHADAP BERAT BADAN, LILA DAN HB PADA IBU HAMIL DENGAN KEKURANGAN ENERGI KRONIS

Abstract


Wanita hamil memiliki nutrisi yang lebih baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan saat hamil, nutrisi yang kurang dapat menyebabkan ibu hamil menjadi kurang gizi. Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan ibu dengan gizi kurang saat hamil mempunyai resiko lahir premature, anemia dalam kehamilan, rendahnya berat badan bayi saat lahir dan tingginya tingkat kematian bayi baru lahir. Tujuan Penelitian ini ntuk melihat pengaruh paket konseling terhadap Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA), Berat Badan dan Hb (Haemoglobin) pada ibu hamil dengan kekurangan energi kronis (KEK). Jenis penelitian ini quashi experiment, dengan pendekatan kasus kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang masuk ke dalam kriteria inklusi yaitu ibu hamil dengan KEK tanpa komplikasi sebanyak 30 ibu hamil yang mendapat perlakukan, dan 30 ibu hamil sebagai kontrol. Analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Paired T Test pada  kelompok kasus dan kontrol sebelum dan sesudah perlakukan. Untuk post test pada kasus dan kontrol di uji kembali dengan independent T test. Hasil ada perbedaan LILA, BB dan HB antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan paket konseling gizi dengan hasil p<0.05, sedang pada kelompok kontrol signifikansi p>0,05 tidak ada perbedaan LILA, BB dan HB. Paket konseling mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kenaikan LILA, Berat Badan dan Kadar Hb Pada Ibu Hamil dengan KEK. Saran agar tenaga kesehatan baik gizi atau bidan dapat memberikan konseling gizi pada ibu hamil  untuk mengatasi KEK selama hamil dan  supaya  akibat KEK pada  ibu hamil dan janin dapat dicegah
