Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode pembelajaran e-learning dan luring di masa pandemic covid-19 terhadap peningkatan keterampilan Bantuan Hidup Dasar pada Mahasiswa Semester V Prodi DIII Keperawatan Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian true             experimental dengan posttest only control  design, dengan sampel dipilih secara acak, menggunakan analisis univariat yaitu data kategorik dan analisis bivariate untuk variabel independent keterampilan dilakukan pengukuran untuk mengetahui efektifitas dari masing-masing kelompok yaitu antara pembelajaran e-learning dan pembelajaran luring dengan  menggunakan uji Mann U-Whitney pada 40 sampel periode bulan agustus sampai oktober 2021.  Hasil analisis univariat variabel dependent keterampilan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki keterampilan baik 72,5% dan 27,5% dengan keterampilan kurang. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan video dan pembelajaran luring terhadap keterampilan bantuan hidup dasar bahwa nilai mean dan median keterampilan untuk       responden dengan perlakuan adalah 74,13 dan 77,14 dengan nilai minimum-maksimum 42,65-92,75 serta standar deviasi sebesar 11,25 dengan nila p-value 0,0001 Sedangkan untuk responden kelompok kontrol nilai mean dan median keterampilan 70,20 dan 73,23 dengan nilai minimum-maksimum 43,21-98,01 serta standar deviasi sebesar 17,13 dengan nila p-value 0,025. Sedangakan Hasil Analisis Uji Mann Whitney perbandingan keterampilan bantuan hidup dasar kelompok perlakuan dan control, bahwa hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai p pada perbandingan nilai  kedua kelompok yaitu perlakuan dan kontrol adalah 0,025 (p<0,05) menunjukkan bermakna secara statistik . Kesimpulan efektifitas pembelajaran e-learning dengan media video ajar, sehingga dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dikembangkan  menjadi sumber belajar untuk mengatasi retensi keterampilan Bantuan Hidup Dasar, selain itu juga dapat menjadi solusi untuk keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya dosen
