Focus and Scope

Jurnal bersifat terbuka untuk tulisan-tulisan di dalam bidang ilmu hukum dengan kerangka hukum humanis yang mengedepankan nilai dalam masyarakat, di berbagai sector ilmu hukum yakni Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Privat Law, Business and economic law, Civil Law, Islamic Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights, International Law, Intellectual Property Law dan berbagai penelitian hukum lainnya.

Peer Review Process

Semua artikel yang dikirimkan dan masuk ke Jurnal Jatijajar Law Review akan diproses oleh Editorial Team (Dewan Redaksi) dan tim Reviewer yang memahami dan memiliki kompetensi berkaitan dengan substansi artikel yang diajukan oleh penulis. Setelah proses review selesai, tahap selanjutnya Dewan Redaksi akan melakukan tahapan akhir dari proses publikasi artikel.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
