Perkembangan Pelaksanaan Penerbitan Izin Usaha Melalui Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS)

The purpose of this study is to find out and provide an overview implementation issuance of business licenses through of the Online Single Submission System (OSS), as well as researching and reviewing developments regarding the Online Single Submission System (OSS).The Enterpenuer in carrying out business activities require a business license. After the Online Single Submission System (OSS) comes into applied, Enterpenuer in applying for business licenses online by accessing the Online Single Submission System (OSS). When a business license has been issued from the OSS system, entrepeneur must do procedure of “komitmen izin usaha†for business licenses. The entrepeneurs consider the issuance of business licenses only enough through the OSS system, and they don’t know that there are other procedures after that. That is what causes do not take care of their “komitmen izin usahaâ€. To overcome thats problems, The Central Government is developing an Online Single Submission (OSS) System, by changing to a risk-based business permit system on Online Single Submission (OSS) System. Therefore, There are several problems that need to be studied and researched, namely how far is the understanding of business actors in terms of applying for business licenses through the Online Single Submission (OSS) System, as well as how the development of changes in the Online Single Submission (OSS) System. This study uses an empirical juridical approach to find out the results of the research. has been processed in detail into the form of descriptive sentences.
