Abstract
Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) adalah pendekatan strategis yang mengintegrasikan elemen ramah lingkungan ke seluruh tahapan rantai pasok, mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku hingga pengelolaan limbah akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip GSCM pada UMKM Ecoprint Rasyid yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Klirong, Kabupaten Kebumen, yang bergerak dalam industri kerajinan tekstil ecoprint dengan menggunakan bahan pewarna alami. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan tinjauan literatur terkait. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini baru akan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip GSCM, dengan fokus pada penggunaan bahan baku lokal dan alami serta produksi yang minim limbah. Meskipun demikian, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengolahan limbah cair hasil mordanting dan kurangnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap aspek keberlanjutan. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengusulkan konsep WEFIGO (Wetland Ecoprint Fitoremediasi Eceng Gondok), sistem mini wetland berbasis fitoremediasi menggunakan enceng gondok untuk mengolah limbah cair secara alami dan terjangkau. WEFIGO dirancang dengan model subsurface horizontal flow constructed wetland, berukuran sekitar 1,5–2 meter panjang, 0,5–0,7 meter lebar, dan kedalaman 0,5 meter, yang mampu mengolah limbah cair mengandung logam berat. Implementasi WEFIGO dalam rantai pasok hijau UMKM membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan limbah secara mandiri dapat dilakukan oleh pelaku industri kecil tanpa memerlukan biaya besar maupun teknologi yang kompleks, sehingga menjadi elemen krusial berbasis teknologi tepat guna.
